Had a lovely dinner with my partner, the location of the restaurant is wonderful, less the position of the tables in what it seems to be a long corridor. The service was excellent and the food was good! Would definitely reccomend going to the restaurant and trying to eat on the balcony which gives a beautiful view of the River and the Castle.

Close to the Cit&eacute; and Chateau and Remparts.  Good service and wine, but I&#39;ve had much better duck confite and bread.   The veggies are rather tasteless.

I like this gourmet restaurant very much. It is really great inside, the environment is very elegant, hidden in a very charming place, the service inside is great, very satisfying. The best thing is the food inside, I like the coli cake inside, it tastes great.

There are a lot of great food in Karcasson, this Histoire sans faim is a great one, this restaurant has a wide variety of food, first-class taste, it is really great to come here.

The staff: The greeters were not particularly warm or friendly. The wait staff was competent, but not very personable.The setting: The dining area was nice: We had a table next to a window looking out to the castle, which was outstanding.The food: The dishes were all good to excellent.Overall, we had a nice evening, but the staff could have made the experience outstanding.

We were a group of 9 people with 5 children and they&rsquo;ve organized a beautiful table with some privacy that helped a lot not being stressed with bothering anyone else. Great food, beautiful atmosphere, small little touches that made it an exquisite experience.

terrible experience, we hade to wait for one hour for first drink and menu, only one menu card was available, everything was slow and we had to aks two times for, than we wanted to order and our choice was not available, so we took something else, after the starter the dessert was served by accident, after the main course the staff disappeared and we had to stand up to get the bill, this was first and last time

Un des seul  ouvert le premier mai &agrave; midi, la vue ext&eacute;rieure et l&rsquo;ambiance int&eacute;rieure sont sympathique. Les prix restent cependant &eacute;lev&eacute;s, le burger au foie gras m&eacute;riterait un steak hach&eacute; de boucher et non industriel ou surgel&eacute;. Rien &agrave; dire sur le service o&ugrave; le serveur &eacute;tait agr&eacute;able et &agrave; notre &eacute;coute.

One of the only opened on May 1, at midday, the outdoor view and the inner atmosphere are sympathetic. Nothing to say about the service where the server was pleasant and to our listening.
